Maison Scents Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Scents, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

  • Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refund Process

  • Inspection of Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval and Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
